OIRV Facts
Here are a few of the important facts about our Association:
- There are 23 Units across 3 buildings with two floors.
- There is an Association Pool located behind the center building.
- The units share a direct access canal (Navaho Canal) to the Caloosahatchee River that has an aprox. 150 foot long dock.
- The units sit ajacent to Jaycee Park, which has access to the river, grills, playgrounds, walking paths, and facilities.
- Built in April of 1989.
- Mangement Company is Silvercrested Management located at 125 SW 3rd Place #207, Cape Coral, FL 33991
- Average Square Footage per unit is 1,100 sq. ft.
- Parking for one car per unit in designated spaces. Aprox 10 guest spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.
